We believe that our supportive and open culture is unique in our sector and that it is enriched by the diversity of our workforce. We encourage our people to move between offices, including regular secondments in the US and mainland Europe.
As a consultancy our success depends on our people working as a team, continually developing their skills and having the desire to succeed together.
Clients, employees and potential recruits regularly talk about the nice people they’ve met at Hewitt. We’re very proud that people like to work with our people and that once potential recruits meet our people they want to join us.
We’re also proud of our people who actively help others in their local community. Not just the frequent dress down days contributing to a locally designated charity, or the option to sacrifice some salary through Give As You Earn, but face to face help. Support to help learning in local less privileged schools is a particularly common activity in some offices.
