Recognition

Of course money is important, but recognition is not just about pay.

It may be as simple as an email thanking someone for a job well done, a certificate or voucher to mark 5 years’ service, or a special award to celebrate outstanding success by a team or individual.

We also take pride in recognising achievements in passing professional exams. This can be financial, but we also like to share the moment by raising a glass (or two)!

Graduate trainees also get the opportunity to vote for a colleague for an annual “Player of the Year award”. The criteria for voting is entirely down to each individual. It may be recognition of great technical abilities, wonderful service for clients, excellent support for colleagues or simply being the person who most makes everyday enjoyable.
